1. We are an Indigenous New Testament Gospel Christian Legal Serivces Organisation.
2. We are a Not for Profit Association.
3. We are an organisation relating to religion or belief within the meaning of paragraph 2(1)(a) to (e) of Schedule 23 (General Exemptions) Equality Act 2010.
4. For the purposes of paragraph 2(1)(e) of Schedule 23 we are an inter Christian good relations organisation.
5. We were established to be able to act as a s23 Legal Service Act 2007 Not for Profit reserved legal activities organisation forcused on our section of the UK public.
6. We were established to be able to supply other services focused on our section of the UK public for the purposes of s29 (Provision of Services) of the Equality Act 2010.
7. We were established to be able to act as a positive action provider within the meaning of s158 of the Equality Act 2010.
8. We are an exempt restricted association under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 16 (Associations: Exemptions) of the Equality Act 2010.
9. We were established to be able to restrict the supply of our services within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 16 (Associations: Exemption) of the Equality Act 2010.
10. By women we mean persons with the physical characteristics that fall within the biological meaning of female in accordance with For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers. [2025] UKSC 16
11. By Indigenous we mean within the meaning of:
(a) s9(1)(c), s9(2)(b), s9(3) and S9(4) of the Equality Act 2010 those persons whose racial origins lay in the ancient and historically continuous racial groups of the UK and in particular of England; and
(b) the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
