For the purposes of paragraph 2(1)(e) of Schedule 23 we are an inter Christian good relations organisation.
We were established to be able to act as a s23 Legal Service Act 2007 Not for Profit reserved legal activities organisation.
We were established to be able to supply legal and other services to our members and to persons within our section of the UK public for the purposes of s29 (Provision of Services) of the Equality Act 2010.
We were established to be able to act as a positive action services provider within the meaning of s150 of the Equality Act 2010.
We are an exempt restricted association under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 16 (Associations: Exemptions) of the Equality Act 2010.
We were established to be able to restrict the supply of our services within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 16 (Associations: Exemption) of the Equality Act 2010.
By Indigenous we mean within the meaning of:
(a) s9(1)(c), s9(2)(b), s9(3) and S9(4) of the Equality Act 2010 those persons whose racial origins lay in the ancient and historically continuous racial groups of England; and
(b) the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Currently we have one solicitor and 2 research support assistants.
